• Hot Potato’s and all the condiments, sauces, hot gravy, bread rolls and butter.
• Crockery, china plates & stainless steel cutlery supplied for main course.
• Staff supplied, 2 hours from arrival for each function, we also clear the mains plates. (Extra time will be charged at $30 per hour or part thereof per staff.) 
• We supply all the equipment needed including tables.
